I’ve been a professional Workday Consultant since 2013. I believe in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose, and always striving for significant outcomes. I’m an honest, dedicated and a positive professional whose priority is always the interests of my customers, providing capability, adaptability, and consulting expertise.
With over 8 years' experience in the Workday ecosystem and Workday Certified, I have deployed Benefits for large and medium enterprise industries, Launch and Phase X projects; implementing the full suite of Benefits, Benefits for UK Payroll and UK Pension Auto Enrolment. I had been recognised by Workday as a Benefits expert and was a Product Lead for 5 years, accumulating 1,600+ Community points. In addition to Workday Benefits, I have extensive experience in Workday Composite report writing for financial and payroll functional areas and custom Worksheets. Outside of the Workday world, I have 10+ years' experience in business, web and IT environments.

WORKDAY BENEFITS
Throughout my career, I’ve assisted customers in defining their most complex obstacles and building long-lasting strategies. My primary area of expertise is Workday Benefits. Celsior provide design and scoping consultation for phase 0 and phase X projects, in addition to deploying Workday Benefits globally. For customers in the US and UK who use Workday's "Open Enrollment" process to facilitate their employee annual enrolment, Celsior can provide planning consultation and expertise to update configuration.
WORKDAY CUSTOM REPORTING & DASHBOARD
With thousands of reports at your disposal and several hundred configurable dashboards, most customers will have some unique reporting needs. Celsior can help you collect the requirements and build the custom reports, providing testing support and migration into your production tenant.
FUNCTIONAL TENANT REVIEW
Enhancements to existing configuration begins with a tenant review. It's important to understand your existing configuration and identify potential issues. Celsior can review your current Benefits configuration, taking note of positives as well as negatives and make recommendations to update configuration if applicable. The review is extensive, encompassing benefits configuration, business process and associated configuration used within Benefits.
BENEFITS DATA TRANSFORMATION & LOADING
Transforming benefits data into a Workday format fit for loading, can be a difficult and time-consuming process. Celsior have the extensive functional Benefits knowledge and skill to load benefits election data, working with you to troubleshoot and resolve eligibility issues. There is a specific order in which data is loaded and if that is not observed, you can encounter loading errors in addition to messy worker history, if loading straight into production.
BAU SUPPORT
Your Workday journey begins once you go-live and implementations go beyond this exciting milestone. Getting to grips with all-things Workday is challenging, particularly if your project leads are supporting multiple functional areas, or have not received training in a functional area. Celsior can provide support to managing your Benefits configuration and assist you with day-to-day management of your Workday Benefits processes, troubleshooting transactional errors and eligibility fails; and also provide knowledge up skill so that your team become more self-sufficient.

Knowing enough about the functional area you implement or support is not enough. With wide experience implementing Workday Benefits, I am acutely aware of the importance of touchpoints with other functional areas and downstream impacts to third-party systems such as integrations. Collaboration with other functional leads is imperative and a measure for implementation success.
